For the purpose of the Terms and Conditions laid out herein, a “slave” shall be referred to as a natural person, who has registered on this website.
1. Copyright
All content within slaveregister.life is protected by Dutch and International Copyright Law. Duplication, display, and publication of the material and images is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of slaveregister.life.
2. Online Domination
With the purchase of any of the services provided by slaveregister.life, the slave submits itself to the rules of LADY FATALE and the slaveregister.life website and any additional rules given during the online domination. Should any misuse of the material provided by slaveregister.life be identified, LADY FATALE reserves the right to terminate the offending slavery without notice and without refund.
3. Access
Access is available to registered members over the age of 21 and in accordance with the disclaimer notification prior to entry to the slaveregister.life website.
LADY FATALE and slaveregister.life reserve the right to terminate an individual’s slavery at any time, without notice and without refund, for conduct that is in breach of the terms and conditions stated herein or that violates local or international laws or regulations.
4. Transfer of copyrights
Copyrights for any information delivered by a slave to slaveregister.life in any form through this website or sent to any emailaddress related to the slaveregister.life website or shared on the social media with @onlinefemdom tagged are transferred to LADY FATALE and slaveregister.life.
5. Data Protection
All information provided to slaveregister.life by any means of communication will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be used for any other purpose than for that which the information was volunteered or collected, or as required by law.
slaveregister.life will not release or sell any such information, including email addresses, to any third party.
slaveregister.life does not use any services from third parties other than for web- and email hosting, and the services from Google for the analytics.
slaves who are not yet under any form of contract with LADY FATALE may request to be opted-out by slaveregister.life. they can request to be released by using the reply or comment options in the slaveregister.life website.
slaves under any form of contract with LADY FATALE who wish to be released or opted out must follow the conditions agreed in the contract.
Data protection does NOT apply to any information provided under the Blackmail services a slave voluntarily enters into. To the Blackmail services the rules apply as laid down in the Blackmail Contract that the slave has signed and accepted by its own free will when entering into the service.
slaves not under any form of contract may also request to be completely forgotten by LADY FATALE and slaveregister.life. All personal data will be deleted and they will be banished from the slaveregister.life website.
6. Limitations of Liability and Warranty
slaves agree that the use of the site and the execution of the online domination instructions is entirely out of the slave’s own free will and at the slave’s own risk. slaveregister.life does not provide a warranty of any kind for the content and as such shall not be liable for any user’s reliance on the content.
slaveregister.life disclaims any warranties for the security, accuracy, and performance of the sites. slaveregister.life disclaims any warranties for other services or goods received through or advertised on the sites or via any links provided on the sites, including any information or advice received through the sites or through any links provided within the sites.
slaveregister.life shall not be liable to any user on account of that user’s reliance on the site. Such limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive and exemplary damages.
